No matter your clothes are printed with sublimation printing technology or other printing technology, the fading is always a headache problem. As long as you wash the clothes, the fading will exit more or less. What we can do is try to extend the life and color of your clothes.
1. The preparation before washing
Separate your black clothing, pastel clothing, bright clothing and white clothing into different loads before washing, especially remember place blue jeans in their own washer load.
2.Washing Colored Clothing
A. Purchase a high efficiency (HE) washer
B. Use a mild detergent
C. Wash new bright or dark items separately on the first wash.
D. Choose a cold wash for all colored, bright and dark (separate) loads.
E. Set your washer to the shortest cycle.
F. Adjust your wash routine in cold winters.
G. Pour one-half to one cup (118 to 237 ml) of white vinegar into your wash cycle with your bright loads.
H. Add one-half cup (146 g) table salt to the wash cycle while washing bright colors that are likely to bleed.
3.Drying Colored Clothing
A. Hang dry all your colored garments, if you have the space to do so.
Lay wool items out flat on a towel to dry them.
B. Line dry in out of direct sunlight during the warmer months.
C. Set the dryer to the lowest amount of time possible.
D. Change into different clothing if you are in bright sunlight all day.
As long as you pay attention to these little tips before washing, i am sure that your clothes will be protected well.
