Sportswear Sublimation Printing, Do You Know The Whole Process?

For sublimation printing industrial, sportswear printing is always a big market. As long as you equipped with basic devices, you will find the whole process is not hard at all.

1 . Designing

No matter what you want to print, you should design the images on the computers in advance.

2. Inkjet printing

Then, print the image with Wasatch (or RIP,Photoprint) software.Print the image to the sublimation paper with the large format inkjet printer.

3 . Heat pressing

Transfer the image from the transfer paper to the fabric through the heat press machine.

4 . Laser cutting

When the image are printed to the fabric, then put the fabric on the laser cutting machine, the machine will cut the fabric along the edge of the image.And what you should do is put the same part of the sportswear together.
