Many people complain the sublimation ink they bought, Either because the ink blocked the nozzle, or because the ink quality is not good, resulting in the printing effect is not very ideal. So, do you know how to choose the right sublimation ink?

1. The transfer rate

Sublimation ink is mainly through the characteristics of thermal sublimation to transfer the image to the product, so the transfer rate is more important. The transfer rate of general imported ink can reach 90%, the transfer paper is close to white after heat pressing. So the color saturation of the image is very good, and the color is relatively bright.

2. Size of ink particles

If the size of the ink particle is large, then the print head is easy to get clogged, and the product image is not delicate enough. When viewed with a magnifying glass, it is obvious that the granular shape can be seen. Generally speaking, domestic sublimation ink particles will be larger than imported sublimation ink particles

3. The purity of sublimation ink color

You may meet such a problem that the black ink turn to red or purple, this means you buy the bad quality sublimation ink. So when you choose, you can first print a black color block to see whether the color after the transfer is black.

4. The price of sublimation ink

We usually divide sublimation ink into 3 types: Chinese ink, imported ink and the ink which import materials and produced in China. Imported heat transfer ink in the transfer rate and saturation and the degree of fineness that Chinese sublimation in can't compare with. the biggest advantage of domestic sublimation ink is the lower price, can meet some customers who has a lower requirements of the products.
