In fact, the transportation and storage environment of ink is also a key factor affecting the performance of ink. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the physical and chemical parameters of the ink.
For the transportation and storage, we have some suggestions.
1. When transporting ink in winter, it is recommended that the transport time should not exceed one week at low temperatures (minus 10 ° C or lower). If this time is exceeded, it is recommended to use insulated containers or vehicles with good insulation conditions.
2. The ink storage warehouse should have certain insulation conditions. If this condition is not met, it is recommended to install heating or air conditioning. It is best to keep the storage environment temperature 5-30℃, air humidity 25-70%, and ensure the normal storage of ink.
3. Place spare ink next to the eco-solvent printer at least 24 hours before the ink is run out in the printer cartridge/main ink tank. In order to replace the ink, the temperature of spare ink should close to the temperature of the ink in the printer cartridge/main ink tank. (It is recommended that customers also use this method for printing materials).
Only when you transport and store the eco-solvent ink in the correct way, you can make full use of the eco-solvent ink, and eco-solvent printing can get the best quality.
